Freedom Friday- Full Steam Ahead

I have a long way to go but I am happy with the results of my efforts so far.  I have lost a total of 15 pounds in 3 weeks.  I misunderstood how the Mediterranean Diet works, so I wasn't totally in line with the guidelines this past week, but that's okay because I ate healthier & lost another 5 pounds.  I made a little video to share some of the things I ate last week.
I have several goals for this coming week.  Along with making further adjustments in my eating habits, I want to drink 8 glasses of water a day.  I got between 4 & 6 glasses each day last week, so I need to work on that a little more.  I also want to start getting some activity in.  I am going to start out with 10 minutes of brisk walking 3 times a day.  Kevin will like that since I will take him out in his stroller when I walk.
I am going to be eating less meat next week.  I have lots of yummy stuph that will provide the nutrition I need, so I am optimistic.  I want to lose another 5 pounds this week.  Next Friday, I will share my first big goal with you.
