Freedom Friday- Learning Curve

This weight loss adventure is keeping me on my toes.  I am figuring out what works for me & what doesn't.  I'm glad I have a health coach because I had gotten really frustrated & discouraged when I was trying to lose weight on my own & wasn't making much progress.
I am happy that I have a total weight loss now of 22 pounds.  I also feel much better because I am not eating so much garbage.  I like healthier foods- it's just that I had such a habit of eating things that were not really good for me because they were convenient.  The funny thing is I don't really miss those things- so weird.
Here's a challenge for you- make a healthy change in your life.
