Freedom Friday- Adjustments Adjustments Adjustments
I am pretty happy with my results so far. I am making steady progress in my weight loss journey. I have lost 29 pounds in 9 weeks. That averages out to just over 3 pounds a week. Also, the increase in my activity has helped me not only with my weight loss but in other aspect as well. My back is feeling stronger and I can now climb stairs without feeling like I am going to die by the time I get to the top.
