Freedom Friday- Chuggin' Along

I have not lost as much as I had hoped I would by this point, but I just keep reminding myself that I didn't gain the weight overnight.  Overall, I am happy that I have accomplished what I have.  I am feeling better & able to do more each week.

I am still on track with my first big goal- to lose 50 pounds by the end of September.  I will not be devastated if I don't reach that goal, but I am going to give it my all to try to achieve it.  The important thing is I am making healthy changes in my life & I'm not looking back.
