Freedom Friday- Ingrained Thoughts & Habits
I did not lose the 5 pounds I wanted to this week, but I am still happy because I am still losing rather than gaining or even staying at the same weight. This process has made me realize how many ingrained thoughtless habits I have. It has been a great learning experience & I feel better now that I am making mindful choices.
I hope that you are finding the little tips I give helpful, especially the need for trained help in most situations. While I am trained in the medical field, health & nutrition is not something I have studied extensively. I wish I could remember more from the nutrition class I took in college, but even then I would want to consult someone with further training.
I am really happy with my new healthy lifestyle, and I can't wait until I reach my first big goal.
