Cookie's Product Satisfaction Review- Pepsi, Starbucks, and Safeway/Carrs

It can be very frustrating to buy something and have it not to be up to par.  I am all about getting my money's worth.  When something I buy does not measure up the way it should, I definitely let the company know about it.  Most of the time, voicing my dissatisfaction yields good results.  Companies that produce consumer goods typically want to make sure their customers are satisfied so they keep coming back to buy more products.  Of course, occasionally an organization will show that it just doesn't care whether customers are happy or not.  But the majority do care- some very much so.
I just want to say that while I have been known to complain about something that did not measure up, I feel it is just as important to let a business know when it has provided superior service or products.  Sometimes, I will go out of my way to let a business know it has done something incredibly well.  I mean, positive reinforcement has been shown to produce better results than negative reinforcement.  People in general like to know they have done well.  So, by all means complain- but make sure you express your approval too.  Not only will you let the establishment know it has done a good job but you will feel good about yourself as well.
