Freedom Friday- What Is It for You?

A lot of people set goals for the new year.  It is common for people to set goals for things they want to accomplish at the beginning of the year only to give up a few days or weeks into the year.  It takes a lot of determination to stick to working at a goal.  To make matters worse, many people find that they aren’t quite sure how to accomplish their goals.  They really want to succeed; they just can’t figure out how to get to the finish line.  That is why I feel it is so important to have a trained professional helping out.  I have found that meeting with a health coach has helped me to hang in there and keep working towards my goals.
